🏌️‍♀️ My First Golf Lesson ⛳

Today, I had my very first golf lesson! ✨

We also measured my driver performance. 📊

🏌️‍♀️ Driver Distance: 145 yards
🏌️‍♀️ Carry Distance: 139 yards
🏌️‍♀️ Club Head Speed: 38.1 m/s

My instructor told me,

“With a club head speed of 38.1 m/s, you can comfortably swing men’s clubs.”

He also said that 38.1 m/s is quite fast for a woman, especially for someone who has just started playing golf, which made me really happy! ✨

He was also impressed that I hit an iron shot 160 yards, and told me,

“Once your swing becomes more consistent, you’ll be able to hit the ball even farther.” 🏌️‍♀️

I still have plenty to work on, like improving my accuracy and spin rate, but that just means I have lots of room to grow. 💪✨

My goal is to make my first round on the course this autumn!

I’m enjoying every shot and learning something new every time I practice. I can’t wait to see how much I improve! 🏌️‍♀️💚
